BEMER Improves Micro-Circulation

Today, I would like to share with you just how the BEMER device had to become a part of my every day life.

Because BEMER was designed to improve the functioning of the Circulatory System, it was responsible for bringing all of the nutrients contained within the food I was eating; the plethora of supplements I was ingesting; as well as the oxygen contained within my blood to all of my cells via the small vessels called capillaries. It is at the interface of the arterioles and these little vessels that blood is propelled forward. The nutrients contained within the blood are released into the interstitial fluid and absorbed through the cell walls – this makes for very happy, nourished cells. A collection of happy cells creates happy tissues. Organs are made up of tissues……therefore increased nutrient absorption equates to happy, healthy organs. When the organs are functioning optimally, entire body systems are healthier. This includes digestion; elimination; immunity; lymph, nervous; muscular; integumentary (skin); skeletal; as well as all of the connective and epithelial tissues that hold us together and protect us.

BEMER improved my chances of survival and for this I will be forever grateful. Upon completing all of my radiation treatments, I followed up with a new Oncologist for an unbiased perspective of my overall health. Dr. “S” in Santa Monica was amazed and perplexed as to why I had no signs of internal scar tissue in the area treated – both sides of my neck and lower jaw area. He mentioned that there was a medication that was generally prescribed to increase blood flow in patients that underwent radiation (specifically) but I indicated that I was not taking any medication. I explained that rather than taking drugs, I used a health-promoting device that optimized my health and healing potential. He told me to keep doing what I was doing!!!!! I have since purchased a BEMER device and use it twice daily and often use the sleep program. My ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat Specialist) also agreed that the muscles in my neck are in-tact and there is no evidence of atrophy or scar tissue.

And that’s my BEMER story! There are many more stories to tell about others that have experienced improved health, but I rather just share a “first-hand” account of the phenomenal experience I personally had with this extra-ordinary device.

For more information, view the video below about this incredible technology that made it possible for my body to become healthy enough to fight significant immune dysfunction and is capable of improving the life of everyone who is fortunate enough to own one or have direct access to one on a regular basis.

Thank you for allowing me to share this profound healing experience with you!

Anyone interested in experiencing the BEMER, please contact me on 714.421.8489 and set up a complimentary session. I’m grateful for my health and I stand behind BEMER!

Mantra for the day: “God works in mysterious ways, but it’s up to me to live with awareness so I can identify and enjoy His gifts as they come”

BEMER – Healing Technology That Works

I’m going to begin this week’s series with information about technology that has had an impact on my life and those with whom I have shared it. This is a long posting, but I hope you take the time to read it….it could really help you and/or someone you love.

BEMER – Bio-Electro-Magnetic-Energy-Regulation! Yep, that’s a mouth full and I am soooo grateful I was introduced to it at a crucial time in my life. My friends Dr. Virginia Vazin and Peter LaBarrie always know what’s going on in the world of alternative health and healing and have shared several products and devices with me over time….but this was the best find ever!

As I was about to begin radiation therapy, I had (understandably) some concerns about the damage that could potentially occur in the process of ridding myself of the cancer that had infiltrated my left palatine tonsil and 18 lymph nodes in my neck. I had treated naturally for ten months, beginning January, 2015 and there was progress, but my Intuition told me it was time to explore different options. After quite a bit of research I decided on Hyperthermia (cancer cannot survive in temperatures above 107 degrees) and low dose radiation which I would receive in Culver City, CA.

Just before I began my rather aggressive therapy, I was invited to an office in Costa Mesa where free sessions of BEMER were being offered, so I jumped on the opportunity to learn more about this unit and what it could do for me. I signed up and went in for an 8-minute session. Right, 8-minutes – that’s what I thought! How could anything help me in 8 minutes?

Initially, I wasn’t sure of what or how I felt. It wasn’t until I reached the elevator on my way out of the building that I realized the sciatic pain in my left buttocks and leg was completely gone. Since that was not in the forefront of my mind at the time I was consulting with the practitioner, I hadn’t even mentioned it.

Within a short time, Dr. Vazin and Peter bought a unit and were so generous to allow me the opportunity to receive a session every day after my radiation therapy. As a result, I was repeatedly asked by new-comers to the cancer center who I had brought for treatment. I looked so well they didn’t realize I was the patient. This continued until December of 2015 when my Intuition told me I was cancer free. I stopped radiation (against doctor’s advice) and my PET Scan showed I was right….no trace of cancer after 9 weeks of treatment.

Tomorrow, I will continue providing facts about how the BEMER improved my nutrition up-take and oxygenated my cells, allowing me to have every chance of regaining my health.

Until tomorrow……try repeating the mantra “All I have to do is ask and God provides”.

Release Me, Set Me Free!

Today’s posting is the last short article on the subject of CranioSacral Therapy. It’s soulful work when one chooses it to be or it simply removes fascial restrictions; improves the flow of cerebral spinal fluid; improves the CNS functioning; and brings physical relief.

SomatoEmotional Release is the deeper part of the CST protocol. SER is this body of work that led me to create Root Cause Release Technique℠ which is a Spiritually-infused style of process work.  There is a lot to be said for removing fascial restrictions, but getting to the emotional cause of the dysfunction is key.

I am a firm believer that all physical disease and dysfunction originate with emotion – experienced in this lifetime or a previous one. The most rewarding aspect of my work is helping others get to the core of what’s preventing them from experiencing freedom in their mind, body or soul. All “negative” emotions are fear-based. Anger (and all versions of it) is the fear of losing control of someone or something; Sadness is the fear of losing someone/something that we hold dear and over time can transition into Anger; Guilt is the fear of not being good enough; and we all, at some time in our life experience “generalized fear” which occurs when the ego is in the forefront. Connecting to Spirit regularly helps move us out of all aspects of fear by diminishing the ego while creating an open heart. When we live from our heart, we heal ourselves and the world.

Mantra of the day:
As I step into my authentic power each day, my life becomes as real as a dream – my dream!

I will be providing valuable information throughout next week regarding healing devices that can improve your life as they have improved mine.  Start your path to healing with CranioSacral Therapy and allow me to introduce you to other modalities that will make your anti-stress and pro-health approach more holistic.

My Personal Experience With CranioSacral Therapy

To the right is a picture of Dr. John Upledger, the man responsible for creating one of the most beneficial, gentle modalities studied by Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Dentists (having a session after dental work is excellent to release the restrictions that can sometimes occur while having your mouth open for an extended time); and other wellness providers.

CranioSacral Therapy has become a highly recognized modality over the last few years. When I first began studying CST in the 90’s, it was not acknowledged by many, not even Massage Therapists. However, I was fortunate to have a very dear friend – a Chiropractor – that asked me if I would be a “guinea pig” while she perfected her CST techniques. Well, she didn’t have to ask me twice…..and I was on the table. Initially, I thought to myself – “she’s barely touching me, how could this have any benefit”, but after an hour of treatment, I rose up off the table and felt like I could breathe in all of the air within a 50 mile radius!!! My lungs felt as if they finally had room to expand and take in more air/oxygen. It was the most amazing feeling because I never realized just how constricted my chest cavity had been. My diaphragm must have had multiple fascial restrictions which prevented me from taking complete breaths. That is when I knew I had to study the Upledger Method of CranioSacral Therapy.

CranioSacral Therapy Accesses Your Soul

CranioSacral Therapy is a modality that accesses your Soul. Meaning that all the experiences you’ve had in your life, which are imprinted onto your Soul can potentially be accessed during a session. For a more in depth opportunity to process through trapped energetic debris, Root Cause Release Technique℠ is a better choice. However, CST releases fascial restrictions; helps to clear and balance Chakras; may allow bones to shift back into their proper place of alignment and deeply relax the Mindbody. But the most important consideration is when the practitioner “arcs” the body to see where your “Inner Physician” wants to explore. That’s where the work must begin. Most process Body Work is an opportunity to “peel back the layers” like an onion.

I honor the Inner Physician – the part of you that knows what’s going on and how to find the solution! Who can argue with that? Intuitive inevitably comes into play – best when both the practitioner and the recipient both bring insight and intuition to the table, but not a requirement!!!!!

CranioSacral Therapy

How does CranioSacral Therapy work?
See previous posts about CST on my Facebook page

CranioSacral Therapy works by helping the body’s natural healing mechanisms dissipate the negative effects of stress on the central nervous system.

This is accomplished through utilizing a physiological body system called the craniosacral system, which maintains the environment in which the central nervous system functions. It consists of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord, extending from the bones of the skull, face and mouth (which make up the cranium) down to the tailbone area (or sacrum). The role of this system in the development and performance of the brain and spinal cord is so vital that an imbalance or dysfunction in it can cause sensory, motor and/or neurological disabilities.

Like the pulse of the cardiovascular system, the craniosacral system has a rhythm that can be felt throughout the body. Using a touch generally no heavier than the weight of a nickel, skilled practitioners can monitor this rhythm at key body points to pinpoint the source of an obstruction or stress. Once a source has been determined, they can assist the natural movement of the fluid and related soft tissue to help the body self-correct. This simple action is often all it takes to remove a restriction. Other times, CST may be combined with other complementary therapies to help restore the body to its optimum functioning level.

Intro to The Chakra System

Our Chakra System is comprised of many spinning vortexes of energy but typically we are concerned with the major seven.  There is so much that can be said or written about this fascinating system but let’s start with the basics.

The Root (1st) Chakra which radiates from the perineum (the area between the anus and the scrotum or vulva) and includes the legs into the feet governs basic life on the physical plane. It is associated with shelter, employment and general safety in our environment..  When our sense of survival feels threatened this chakra can become closed off – meaning that the energy is not flowing in or out and the organs or other body parts that are governed by this chakra can be affected to the point that stress or distress can occur.  These would include:  The sciatic nerve; the large intestine; lower back/spine; and also has some influence over the kidneys and adrenal glands.  The color associated with this chakra is red – a color we can breathe in or bring into our environment to increase the vibrational frequency of this energy center.

The Sacral (2nd) Chakra which radiates from the sacrum governs relationships; sex; creativity and money and is a vulnerable area – open to energy depletion or energy “dumping” from others.  It is in our best interest to protect this area when we find ourselves in a confrontation or heavily trafficked areas like airports.  My favorite method of protection is imagining this area (all the way around our body from sacrum to pubic bone, including our hips) covered with mirrors facing outward.  This will reflect back any negative energy coming our way or prevent anyone’s directed intention (conscious or unconscious) from taking our sacred energy.  It governs reproductive organs; the urinary tract and also has some influence over the spleen and adrenal glands.  The color associated with this chakra is orange and as mentioned above (Red for the Root Chakra) this color can be breathed into the area or placed into our environment to increase its energy.

The Solar Plexus (3rd) Chakra which radiates from the upper belly is where our true power and our ego- self reside.  The struggle persists throughout our lifetime – in most cases – unless we become highly evolved.  Our ego is ruled by our rational (or sometimes irrational) mind rather than our heart.  If we live from the ego, we tend to make decisions that don’t often serve our highest good or the good of others because our ego does not utilize information from the higher realms.  Our ego does serve a purpose in this world in that it protects us from consistently being attacked by lower vibrating individuals.  We say “No” to abuse but if we have a solid sense of our true authentic power, we do not feel the need to retaliate – rather, we remove ourselves from the low vibrational frequency of negative, hurtful people.  It primarily governs the digestive organs but also the spleen and the associated color is golden yellow.  I like to breathe in and/or absorb the “golden rays of the sun” when working on increasing the vibrational frequency of this chakra.

The Heart (4th) Chakra is the mid-way point between the lower and higher-vibrating chakras.  It is the beautiful chakra of love and peace and governs the physical heart; the respiratory system; the upper back; arms and hands.  From this place, we love ourselves; others and our world.  When we are hurt by others, often this chakra will shut down.  As a result, we can become alienated; indifferent; uninterested; and unreachable.  But when we are living from the heart, we make a difference in the world.  Having an open channel from the higher realms through our higher chakras allow us to make better decisions for ourselves and the collective consciousness.  The color associated with this chakra is generally green but also rose pink energy emanates from this source of healing.  I often use this rose pink energy in my sessions by directing it towards areas of the Mindbody that need special attention.

The Throat (5th) Chakra is the “avenue of expression” chakra.  From here, we speak our truth and fulfill our life purpose.  It controls the ears, nose, throat, neck and all of the structures contained within.  When we hold back from expressing who we are –authentically – we can create an illness anywhere in the head or neck.  The color associated with this chakra is cool, crisp blue!

The Third Eye (6th) Chakra is the seat of Intuition; morality and self-awareness. It governs our brain; Pituitary and Pineal glands.  The color associated with this chakra is indigo blue.  From here, we decipher the messages that come through our Crown (7th) Chakra from Source or Higher Beings (Avatars; Angels; and other Spirit Guides).  I believe that Source will give us a strong sense of Intuition consistently if we use it responsibly (which means we are vibrating at a higher frequency).  The colors associated with the Crown are violet and white (for the white light that comes through when this chakra is open and in tune with the higher realms).

I do also acknowledge the chakras of the soles and palms.  For most people, excess or “negative” energy can be eliminated through the soles or palms and Earth energy can be absorbed.  For healers – excess or “negative” energy from our clients can be removed from them via our hands and then released out through our feet (or through the breath).  But since healers are people too – both scenarios apply!

I hope you have enjoyed familiarizing yourselves with these powerful energy centers called chakras.  Feel free to email me at if you have any questions I may answer pertaining to this or related topics.

How We Are Physiologically Affected By “Undigested Emotions”

Have you heard the expression “We are what we think”?  There is actual proof that substantiates that phrase.  In reaction to an experience, we develop thoughts about that experience.  In response to the thoughts, we generally experience emotion(s).   The Limbic System is the seat of our emotions, motivation, learning and memory. It has been scientifically established that the Limbic System extends beyond the structures of the brain, contrary to what was previously believed.  This system is part of “The Mindbody Super-Intelligence” that extends to each cell within our bodies. Undigested emotions can lodge in our cells within the fascia, organs and other tissues which can lead to pain and dysfunction.

Simplified Explanation of How Emotional Energy Moves Within the Body

The Receptor – This protein molecule is found on the surface of cells in the body and brain.  It responds to energy (vibration) and chemical cues by vibrating.  It functions as a “scanner” waiting to pick up messages carried by other vibrating protein molecules.  Let’s consider the receptor to be like a “keyhole”.

The Ligand – This is the message-carrying, vibrating protein molecule (emotional energy) that travels through interstitial fluid and binds to the receptor.  Let’s consider this to be the chemical “key” that fits into the keyhole.

The Receptor and the ligand vibrate together which forces the message through the cell membrane into the interior of the cell, causing a chain reaction of biochemical events.  This can translate into physiological changes within the cells.  Specific ligands fit into specific receptors.

The Receptors, believed by scientists to be part of our unconscious mind, accept and store information that has not been digested by our conscious mind.  Any “negative” information (emotions that stem from fear) in the form of vibrations stored in our cells can manifest into illness, while “positive” information (emotions/practices that stem from love) absorbed by our cells can initiate a healing process.

Everything in life has a vibrational frequency.  The following is a list of emotions or states of being from Dr. David R. Hawkins book, Power VS Force.  (Recommended reading/listening).

  • Shame – energy level 20             Guilt – energy level 30
  • Apathy – energy level 50             Grief – energy level 75
  • Fear – energy level 100               Desire – energy level 125
  • Anger – energy level 150             Pride – energy level 175
  • Courage – energy level 200        Neutrality – energy level 250
  • Willingness – energy level 310   Acceptance –  energy level 350
  • Reason – energy level 400          Love – energy level 500
  • Joy – energy level 540                 Peace – energy level 600
  • Enlightenment … energy level 700 – 1000

Our state of health is primarily a choice (whether initiated in Spirit or in the physical realm).  Just because we are genetically pre-disposed to a condition does not mean we will necessarily develop that condition.  Epigenetics matter more than genetics.

What you eat, where you live, who you interact with, when you sleep, how you exercise, even aging – all of these can eventually cause chemical modifications around the genes that will turn those genes on or off over time. ( In addition, undigested emotions can be added to the list of epigenetic factors that can impact our genes (coding sequences of DNA).  DNA has Receptors for Ligands(see above).  Consistent “positive vibrations” flowing through the MindBody could have a positive impact on our genes and consistent negative vibrations can create illness.

“In reaction to THOUGHT,
We experience EMOTION.
All emotions stem from
Thoughts of LOVE bring forth HARMONY and BALANCE.
Fearful thoughts bring forth IMBALANCE.
Regarding HEALTH,
these disturbances
are first realized by our SOUL.
It is our PHYSICAL BODY that ultimately manifests the symptoms.
If our aim is to completely HEAL,
we must do so in our
BODY and SOUL with guidance from SPIRIT.”
